Located south of Downtown Dubai, lies one of the most recognisable neighbourhoods in Dubai, Business Bay. True to its name, the area is home to several commercial buildings featuring high-profile offices, banks and shops. THINGS TO CONSIDER
While living in Dubai Marina has its perks, there are a few things to know before you decide to move to this neighbourhood. There are mild inconveniences in the neighbourhood, mostly for those who drive. Despite being one of the most well-connected areas in Dubai in terms of public transport, the roads in Dubai Marina tend to get congested, especially during rush hour. Similarly, public parking spaces are limited, those visiting friends or family in Marina might be better off taking a cab or catching a metro ride instead.

HOW DO YOU GET TO DUBAI MARINA?
If you’re using the metro then you can get off at the DAMAC Properties Metro Station on the Red Line of the Dubai Marina. From here you can tour the area or use the Dubai Tram to go to JBR, Dubai Marina Mall or other parts of Dubai Marina. If you’re travelling by car then Al Marsa Street leads directly to the area. You can merge onto Al Marsa Street from Interchange No 5 on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11).
